	International Conference Business Incubator BIOS together with its partners has been organized International Conference concerning entrepreneurship since 2007. Many domestic and foreign experts participated in the Conference. The Conference topics include: entrepreneurship, successful entrepreneurial projects, projects regarding fostering of entrepreneurial competitiveness, knowledge transfer, supporting institutions etc.
	Slavonia and Baranja ICT Cluster - IKS Business incubator BIOS together with eight IT companies established IKS Cluster. IKS Cluster has 120 employees out of which 90 of them are IT experts. The reason for establishing cluster lies in the following: organization of workshops and seminars which are custom made for IT companies and their managers, joint marketing and participations at the fairs, as well as the negotiation strength and business contacts.
	Broadcast Intro - First Step into Business Over the past few years the Business Incubator BIOS and its partners, the City of Osijek, Osijek-Baranja County and the Centre for Entrepreneurship, have successfully carried out the project entitled „Business Notebook – First Step into Business“. The Project struck a chord with the local public, in particular with start-up entrepreneurs to whom the information on business start-up and development is of utmost importance. Prompted by the successful completion of the mentioned project BIOS proposed another project in collaboration with the Slavonia and Baranja Television (STV), namely the development of a special Business TV show and the preparation of a DVD set addressing topics relevant to business start-up. The aim of this project is to furnish quality information and training to future entrepreneurs, all with a view to enabling their smooth and successful completion of the start-up procedure. All the institutions involved shall present their role in the process, furnish practical advice and information regarding the requisite start-up documentation.
	Bios future Construction of the BIOS Technology Department (on 2000 m2) that will increase incubator's capacity for admission of new manufacturing companies and at the construction of a facility designed to foster the development of high-tech companies as well as SME development and reduction of regional unemployment rates.

	First Step The handbook was created for people who are planning to start their own business and contains basic information about Entrepreneurship, how to start the business, employing, how to find financial resources etc… It also contains address book of all institutions in Osijek-baranja County which can help young entrepreneurs in specific institution. The handbook is a mutual project of the Centre for the Entrepreneurship Osijek and Business incubator BIOS.
	Investment Guide This investment guide contains all basic information on Osijek-Baranja County (geography, natural resources, major institutions, population structure, employment, statistics, infrastructure, economic indicators, legal framework for investing, customs, financial and tax systems etc.), as well as other useful information with the purpose of facilitating potential investors' decisions on joining our community and helping them decide by alleviating investment and other administrative procedures as much as possible.
	BIOS Printing and Publishing Cluster BIOS Printing and publishing Cluster gather 10 companies from Osijek-baranja County (4 of these companies are BIOS tenants) complementary areas of graphic and web design industry.
